 Medium quality Botswana basket collected in Nxamasere village in the Okavango Delta region of Botswana

This pretty basket will make a lovely decoration - nail it up on the wall... or??

It's base is narrow so while being a beautiful decorative piece, it's not stable enough to put things in on a flat surface. Of cource, when living in an African village where baskets are often set in the sand a round or narrow base works quite well!
